Prices at The Guesthouse East Eastbourne from £35 per person The Guesthouse East Eastbourne in Eastbourne offers a unique experience - luxury self catering suites with the option of bed and breakfast in Eastbourne.

Breakfast: Whilst the suites have self catering facilities thanks to the separate kitchens within them we also provide a delicious breakfast - either a healthy but filling buffet or Full English.

Rooms: All suites are very spacious - at least a very big double, with many flexible family suites with futons and space for pull-out beds and travel cost (which we provide free of charge). The contemporary styling belnds perfectly with the period features within the Grade II-listed Regency villa, set just 50m from the sea front on a tranquil street just minutes from the town centre and many attractions such as the pier, band stand, theartres, Devonshire Park and Grand Hotel. Half the suites have side sea views.

Parking: Parking is available right outside the front door thanks to parking permits - available at just £1 per day (Sunday's are free)

Wifi: Free WiFi available - unlimited and with a strong signal in all suites thanks to a WiFi extender

Pets: We do not accept pets unfortunately.

Families: Thanks to the size and flexibility of the family suites, we can accommodate up to a family of five comfortably. We provide travel cots, high chairs, booster seats, child-friendly cutlery and toys and boooks for young ones. We have two small children ourselves so understand what parents need and see ourselves as very family friendly.

Disabled Facilities: We do not have specific facilities for disabled people or provide special access.
