Student NUS Discount No The Little Red House is a cross between a B&B and a self-catering cottage in that it has its own dining and sitting room area, garden, entrance and parking space, but a full English breakfast is available each morning. This two storey extension (to The Red House) has a superking (or twin if preferred) ensuite bedroom upstairs with additional bed space available to sleep up to 4. It's just a mile from Junction 4 of the M5 which makes it an ideal stopover point for long north-south car journeys, a great base from which to explore Central England or for professionals and contractors working locally. The M6, M42, M40 and M5 are just minutes away. There are views out across open farmland and the cottage is light and airy, yet warm and cosy. Outside is an enclosed garden with a small seating area to enjoy a glass of wine or board game alfresco. Please visit the website for more information. We look forward to welcoming you soon. Pippa & Carl Gunstensen

Breakfast: Full English breakfast with locally-sourced and organic ingredients wherever possible. Food is cooked fresh and there is a varied choice of cereal, fruit juices and hot ingredients (eggs, sausages, bacon, tomatoes, baked beans etc).

Rooms: The accommodation can sleep 5. Upstairs can either be arranged as a twin or one large superking bed, with the additional option of a Z bed for a child or friend. Downstairs is a double sofa bed. The Z bed can be placed downstairs also if preferred.

Parking: Free off street parking right at the bottom of the garden with just a short walk to the front door

Wifi: Free WIFI available.

Pets: Sorry we have a cat and she is afraid of other pets, so we can't accept dogs or other animals.

Families: Families are very welcome. We have two young girls of our own and realise how important it is to have a safe environment for children to be in. The garden is fully fenced and we can help with providing a travel cot, high chair and other small people items if needed. We understand what children do and don't like, so if yours only eats sausages for breakfast for example, they can have just a plate of sausages :). Non-breakable cutlery and crockery is available too.
