Award winning contemporary New England Style accommodation on Eastbournes seafront.We offer a varied choice of rooms all of which are ensuite including sea facing rooms with large balconies ,spacious family rooms and smaller double rooms.Breakfast is served in our large conservatory dining room which faces the sea, where guests can relax and enjoy our award winning breakfast.We are known for our friendly approach to our guests and the relaxed atmosphere.

Rooms: all rooms are ensuite with both bath and shower, all bright and airy, with luxury bedding which is all non feather, large fluffy towels.

Parking: We have 4 car parking spaces on a first come first served basis so as not to offend any guest, but there is free street parking with outr time restrictions all around the building.

Wifi: We offer free WIFI which is available in the guest lounges
