Two Hoots Campsite Alresford is Adult only quiet and secluded 1½-acre level grass site, with some winter pitches.

We are nestled in the beautiful Hampshire countryside, less than a mile from the famous Watercress Steam Railway, 4 miles from the quaint Georgian town of Alresford and about 11 miles from both Winchester and Petersfield.
On the edge of South Downs National Park & within easy reach of the New Forest. A great base for exploring Hampshire’s many attractions. Booking Essential.

This small friendly adult site, is in a pretty rural setting, and is lined from the lane with a bluebell copse. It has open views across grassland to the front with woods beyond and beautiful far reaching views.

TWO HOOTS are proud to announce the arrival of 4 Eco Friendly Camping Pods. The first in Hampshire ! Named “Appleby Nook”, “Hobbits Lodge” and "Sleepy Hollow" and "Snugglewood" these exciting additions are separate from the club tucked into the copse adjacent to the camping field.

Camping Pods offer a spacious, secure warm and cosy environment for your stay and with the knowledge that you are making an environmentally responsible holiday choice.

Choose a Pod and go stress free, camping to glamping in 1 easy step. For campers that love the great outdoors, but not erecting tents, feeling the damp or hosting creepy crawlies in your canvas.

An unusual experience - You might enjoy a fun packed week - or a quiet weekend get away - trip on a steam train or star gaze from the cosy warmth and security of your very own Pod.

Ideal for those who wish to travel light.
Or for a gift for someone who doesnt have a Caravan or Motorhome, or has given up but still like the idea of camping with comforts.
We have had great feedback from many people who have stayed in our Camping Pods. Some come for a realaxing break, some come for a fun packed break.
Honeymooners to OAP`s, they all say they enjoyed there stay in our Cosy Camping Pods.

Inside the Pod All pods sites offer different things, in ours you can expect the following: - Roller blind to the entrance door, door mats and carpet, electric heaters and lights for all year round comfort.

Two Hoots is currently run under the Camping and Caravanning Club (not required for the Camping Pods) with an allowance of 5 caravan/motor home pitches. Non-members welcome to try 1st then join on site.

We have a large gravel entrance, hard-standings for winter pitches and electric hook-up points for every pitch. The site is well maintained; the grass is kept short, and the site clean.

We do not permit group booking or ball games onsite.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome on site in your own vans, also in 1 of our pods, however we do ask that they are booked in, and that you are aware of site rules.

All undercover areas are no smoking zones. Thank you.

For Touring vehicles: We have the usual facilities of fresh water, Elsan and waste disposal. You will require your own toilet and washing facilities

For Podders Shared facilities: WC`s with small sinks, shower, combined WC and shower with disabled access, sink with hot and cold water for washing up, small fridge, kettle and microwave usage.

Pod prices includes heating, light & socket and use of shower & toilets: As a rough guide £55 - £65 per night based on 2 adults inc king-size bed & full bedding made up ready for your stay. But See our website for up to date prices

We are only 4 miles from the small picturesque Georgian town of Alresford, with a lovely range of shops, pubs restaurants, take aways, cafes etc

We are amongst four market towns Alton, Alresford, Winchester and Petersfield.

Public Transport is a mile from the site (not including the village mini bus)

Towing info Please note for all towed vehicles. Do not use a Sat Nav for this destination, access via the A31 onto Bighton Hill only, all other roads are unsuitable for towing.
