At inSpiral we celebrate life, its vibrant variety, its many taste sensations and the wealth of community that come together at our Lounge. We believe that human wellness, happiness and evolution is closely linked to the quality of fuel we put into our bodies. All of our dishes are 100% vegan with a large selection of our menu being raw, ensuring that all our dishes are packed with maximum enzymes and nutrients to help you achieve optimum health! Our food is organic and locally sourced where possible and we are big fans of superfoods. Beyond food, the Lounge is also a lively music venue, a vibrant bar featuring an eclectic and tasty range of organic drinks and a fully functional meeting space with free wi-fi. Our primary creative ethos is about using our facilities to host events that have positive aspirations in getting people together or convey a message that inspires and uplifts. inSpiral is built on the belief that each and every one of us can contribute in a meaningful way to a better future and present for us all. Planetary health starts deep within and to that extent the choices we make about what we eat are hugely important, not only for our own wellbeing, but to a much larger extent the entire planet we inhabit.
