HEROES RIDE

Blackpool 10th October 2011
Riders will be assembling from 1pm. At Yeadon Way Brewers Fayre, South Shore, Blackpool FY1 6BF With the ride setting off at 7pm. The bikes will travel along Yeadon Way towards the M55 motorway. Along Progress Way , Squires Gate Lane to join Blackpool prom at the south shore end and travel the length of the Illuminations.
It is anticipated that whatever the weather there will be a good turnout (probably well into four figures) for this worthwhile cause, each bike will have made a minimum donation of £5.00 to take part in the ride. Earlier this year, there was a ten thousand bike limit imposed for the Afghan Heroes ride of respect through Wooton Basset on Mothers day. We attended the Ride to the Wall on Sat 1st November and it was estimated that there were fifteen thousand bikes for that event which raised a staggering £100,000 for the National Memorial Arboretum.
If you have time to spare on the evening of Mon 10th November come and watch an awesome spectacle. Please cheer us on and show your respect for an amazing charity.
