The Môr Wyn Guest House is a small friendly family run guest house located on the sea front in Barmouth Gwynedd North Wales. It is at the far end of Marine Parade far enough away from the town centre for it to be peaceful but still close enough to walk to the town centre where there are many unique shops and plenty of eateries. Access to the beach is directly over the road. The front rooms give picture postcard views of the beach and promenade. Our rooms are light spacious and equipped with colour television and hospitality tray. Six have en-suite facilities with a shower or bath and two have adjacent private bathrooms.

Directions to Môr Wyn Guest House Barmouth

From the South If you are coming up the coast road from the south it will be marginally quicker to take the toll bridge by the George III pub to reach the A496. Once over the bridge follow the instructions as for From the West . From the West There is one road into Barmouth and one road out. You will enter Barmouth on the A496 from Dolgellau. As you enter Barmouth take the first road on the left signposted for the beach just past the Last Inn. It will take you past the harbour and around the corner onto the sea front. Continue past the bath house the leisure centre the amusements and the fair. On the left you will have the beach and on the right are the flowerbeds. The next turning on the right is a large junction. North Avenue is at right angles to the beach road and Marine Parade doubles back. We are on the corner of North Avenue and Marine Parade. Turn right and park in either North Avenue or Marine Parade. From the North You will enter Barmouth on the A496 from Harlech. Drive into Barmouth and once you reach the shops take the first right signposted for the beach and railway station by the garden centre. You will drive past LL DIY Iceland and the railway station. Keep right and at the junction turn right over the level crossing. Then turn immediately right keeping the fair on your left and Chuck s Diner on your right. You are now in Marine Parade. We are the last house on the right some 300 yards along the road. Park either in front of the guest house or turn right into North Avenue and park there.
