Direct bookings with us are payable full on the bank card for accommodation and we have a 48hr cancellation policy. All website and external bookings are charged a pre authorisation on card prior arrival.

As you approach Hull on the A63 we are situated next to The Kingston Retail Park (Toys r Us). Please note - last possible check-in is 21.00. If later than this - an additional charge of £20.00 will be incurred and prior notice of late check-in is absolutely essential. Also please note there is no 24 hour reception facility. Only in an EXTREME emergency will a call out be possible. Lost/misplaced keys incuring a call out by staff will be charged at £50 - payable at time of call out
