We aim to be the best value for money in the area. Located in Carbis Bay St Ives on the north coast of Cornwall we promise you a great place for exploring West Cornwall whatever the time of year. Whether travelling for business or pleasure we will do everything we can to make your stay exactly what you want and need. We are a family run bed and breakfast and we pride ourselves on the extra special touches customer service and high standards of cleanliness. We are carefully combining all these factors to create our very new style happy bed & breakfast where the only budget element is the price. We don t offer a fry-up but we do include a wide ranging continental buffet including cereals toast yoghurt juices fresh baked pastries cheese and local farm hard boiled eggs among other things. The local area offers activities and entertainment for all ages with St Ives town centre only a 5 minute bus trip away or a 30 minute walk. A short walk down the hill and you are on the stunning Carbis Bay beach. We are also within easy access of the train station and the nearest bus stop is just across the road. We do have a small car park and there is plenty of other parking space adjacent to the property. Please call 24 hours before to estimate an arrival time if possible as we don t have a permanent reception. If we do miss your arrival we will leave keys and instructions in a safe place so your stay is not inconvenienced. We offer check -in from 11am where you can collect keys park up or drop off bags if it helps however the room may not always be ready. Have a safe journey.

Directions to Green Apple Bed & Breakfast St Ives

By car from the A30 follow the signs to St Ives on the A2074. You will then meet two small roundabouts. At the first one drive straight on - 1st exit and at the second one turn right - 3rd exit. You will then drive through the small village of Lelant. The next village is Carbis Bay. Green Apple is about 75 metres on the left hand side after the Costcutter supermarket and pedestrian crossing. Turn left into Polmennor Drive to pull in and unload. By train change at St. Erth onto the St. Ives branch line and then disembark at Carbis Bay. On leaving the station car park walk straight up the hill to the main road and turn right at the top. Penlee is approximately 100 metres along on the far side of the road. If you would prefer transport from the station please let us know in advance and we will prebook a taxi.
