The Old House was mostly built in 1750 and is an attractive Georgian building. It has been totally refurbished into a comfortable bed and breakfast with en suite bedrooms. The rooms all have free Wi-fi Freeview TV tea and coffee making facilities complimentary bottled water hairdryer and quality toiletries. We are able to cater for a wide range of dietary requirements but ask that you mention this at the time of booking. br / br / Witherley village has two local pubs both within a short walk and both offering excellent food.The market town of Atherstone is only 1 mile away for a full range of local amenities. br / br / The Old House is conveniently situated in the corner where Warwickshire meets Leicestershire and Staffordshire so Atherstone Nuneaton Hinckley and Tamworth are all within easy reach. Junction 1 M69 and Junction 10 M42 are both 10 minutes away and Birmingham Airport and the NEC are just a 25 minute drive. M42 J10 - Road: Exit M42 at J10. Follow A5 direction Nuneaton Just after Atherstone By-Pass by the Bull Inn take a left into Kennel Lane signposted Ratcliffe Culey. Old House car park 1st on left. br/ br/ M69 J1 - Road: Exit at J1 follow A5 direction Tamworth. After passing major junction with A444 continue on A5 for about 2miles. The Old House is on the right next to The Bull Inn turn right at the Bull into Kennel Lane and our Car Park is 1st on the left br/ br/ M6 J3 - Road: Exit M6 at J3 follow A444 direction Nuneaton. Stay on A444 through Nuneaton following signs for Burton. At junction of A444 with A5 turn left onto A5 direction Tamworth. Follow A5 for about 2 miles Old House on right next to The Bull Inn Turn right next to Bull into Kennel Lane our Car Park is 1st on left br/ br/ Nuneaton Station - Train: Take a taxi from outside the station. If hiring a car follow directions A444 to Burton. At junction with A444 and A5 turn left towards Tamworth and the Old House is about 2miles up on the right next to the Bull Inn. br/ br/ Birmingham International - Air: If driving follow direction M42 Tamworth Exit M42 at J10 Tamworth and follow direction A5 Nuneaton. After Atherstone By- Pass ( about 10 minutes) take a left into Kennel Lane signposted Ratcliffe Culey. The Old House car park in 1st on the left.
