In addition the spacious bedrooms there is also a glass garden room and snug for guests to relax in along with a contemporary garden when the Yorkshire sun shines. My motto is take your shoes off and make yourself at home! Awake to the aroma of freshly baked bread Delicious Award winning breakfasts using local organic and homemade produce are my speciality and include my indulgent Hearty Yorkshire Breakfast alternatively Scrambled free range eggs with chives and Smoked Salmon on toasted muffin are amongst a selection of other items offered. By Car: From the South M1 From the M1 take the M18 (towards Hull). Exit at Junction 39 South Cave and take the A1034 towards Market Weighton. Follow for 3.5 miles turn right onto South Newbald Road then after 50 meters take the 1st right into Monckton Rise a village development of 25 houses. Boxtree House Boutique B&B is 150 meters on the right just around the corner. From the North A1 Although a longer distance it is quicker and easier driving to stay on the A1 until you join the M62. Follow as above. From York Take the 1079 to Hull and continue for approx 10 miles until you come to a round about for Market Weighton and the A1034 to South Cave. Take the 3rd exit for South Cave. Go through the village of Sancton and North Newbald is approx 1 mile further IGNORE the first turning into the village and keep on the A1034 for approx mile.
