Old Church House is an Edwardian Villa built in 1901 and has been our home and Bed and Breakfast since 2010 when we completed the renovations. br / br / br / br / We have three en-suite rooms comprising a family room a twin and a smaller double room. All rooms are spacious fresh and simply furnished. br / br / br / br / We offer free wi-fiTV with DVD playing facilities and a kettle for tea and coffee making. Breakfast is available as a full English or continental and special dietary needs are catered for. br / br / br / br / Old Church House is located in the centre of Newport handy for all transport links we are just 5 minutes walk from the Bus Station. br / br / br / br / Our Bed and Breakfast is popular with walkers and cyclists (we have secure cycle parking). br / br / br / br / Whatever the reason for your stay whether business or pleasure a warm welcome awaits. br / br / br / br / Free parking is available for those arriving by car on a first come first serve basis. br / br / br / br / Newport has several pubs and a variety of restaurants as well as some cool cafes if you want to eat out. br / br / br / br / We do have a very friendly cat called Angus who is part of the hospitality team so if you suffer from a cat allergy we would be happy to suggest alternative accommodation nearby.

West Cowes Red Jet Passenger Ferry - Boat: Take the No 1 Bus or taxi to Crocker Street from the Red Jet terminal. A bus meets every Red Jet which are half hourly during the day. br/ br/ East Cowes Vehicle Ferry - Boat: Take the No 5 bus from Waitrose or taxi if on foot Follow signs for Newport then Cowes take first exit from the Duel Carriageway after crossing the river and then first exit from the Lidl Roundabout into Holyrood Street and then then right into Lugley Street straight over the crossroads and right again through Lugley Street Car Park out at the bottom and we are directly opposite with parking at the rear on the RHS. br/ br/ Porstmouth - Fishbourne Vehicle Ferry - Boat: Follow signs for Newport then Cowes take first exit from the Duel Carriageway after crossing the river and then first exit from the Lidl Roundabout into Holyrood Street and then then right into Lugley Street straight over the crossroads and right again through Lugley Street Car Park out at the bottom and we are directly opposite with parking at the rear on the RHS. br/ br/ Portsmouth - Ryde Wight Cat Hydrofoil - Underground: Catch the train (London Underground 1938 Tube stock) from Pierhead to Esplanade (or walk down the pier) then the No:9 bus every 10 minutes to Newport Bus Station br/ br/ Lymington - Yarmouth - Boat - Boat: No:7 Bus to Newport
