A W Jones Carriages working with Hillier Arboretum

A W Jones Carriages have provided Horse and Carriage Rides round the Sir Harold Hillier gardens, near Romsey, Hampshire on several occasions during the past couple of months.
Visitors have had the chance to experience a 'Victorian' carriage ride on our first visit. We used our matching pair of chestnut horses and 'landau' carriage complete with Coachman and Groom dressed in full livery, as supplied for our Wedding Services.
On the second occasion we used the matching pair of chestnut horses and our traditional 'Country' carriage. A small charge is made, in addition to any entrance charges to the Gardens, for visitors wishing to have a ride. The rides take about 15 minutes starting from the visitor centre entrance. Many photographs were taken with the horses and on the carriage.
Our next visit is being planned for Sunday 23rd October 2011.
