The Crescent
Our Edwardian town house is situated in a quiet, leafy crescent standing in an elevated position overlooking Swansea Bay. This position provides panoramic views of the City and the Bay. The City Centre and popular Grand Theatre are 15 minutes walk away, Brangwyn Hall is just a 5-minute walk, Sancta Maria Hospital is a 15-minute walk, and Swansea University, Wales National Pool and Singleton Hospital are all approximately a 25-minute walk. The Uplands area is well served by many independent traders. Its a place to come and wander, shop, eat and indulge yourself. There are fresh bread and cakes shops, fabulous cafe and coffee shops that offer homemade food from lunches to dinners to morning coffees and afternoon cream teas. These are complemented by a diverse range of excellent restaurants to suit all tastes. Whether visiting Swansea on business, enjoying Gower's award-winning beaches, or walking along the scenic coastal paths of the Gower Peninsula, visiting one of the many glorious country parks or playing golf on one of the many beautiful courses, the Crescent is the ideal place to stay. There is good on street parking available, and we also have a private car park for your car, motorbikes and bicycles. We are happy to book taxis for our guests during their stay. The Crescent Swansea is a non-smoking establishment.
