We are also the closest guest house to the fabulous Portpatrick (Dunskey) Golf course which is only a hundred yards behind us. The Dunskey Guest House was formerly Dunskey Golf Hotel and what was the restaurant has been converted into owners living accommodation meaning the guests entrance guest bedrooms breakfast room and residents lounge are completely separate from the owners side of the building. This unique set-up allows you the independence of a hotel but at sensible guest house prices.For those of you who enjoy outdoor activities Dunskey Guest House is an ideal base for walking cycling and golfing holidays and we can offer concessionary rates at 6 local golf courses. We have storage room should you wish to store golf clubs bicycles or wet and dirty clothes! Golf packages can be arranged including transport tee off times and restaurant bookings. All you have to do is arrange your flightferry and we will take care of everything else at no extra cost to you.

BY AIR - Prestwick International Airport is the nearest with train links to Stranraer. For visitors without a car we can arrange transport between Stranraer and Portpatrick.
