The unrivalled central location means no car is needed during your stay as all the bars restaurants and shopping you need are a stones throw away and the majority of Yorks key attraction are less than 10 minutes stroll away. The racecourse is less than a mile away and McArthur Glen designer outlet is a 15 minute drive.Friendly and approachable staff with local knowledge are available on site 7 days a week between 10am and 6pm.The Minster studio sleeps 2 adults and has a private outside terrace. Bootham Suite with first floor decked terrace sleeps 4 adults one double bedroom and 2 single sofa beds in the lounge. The Jorvik apartment Monks Loft and Micklegate Lodge all sleep 4 adults all have double bedroom and 2 single sofa beds in lounge. St Maurice's Den sleeps 4 one double bedroom and double sofa bed in lounge. Ebor Mews is a townhouse sleeping 6 with 2 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge.By day you can travel 1000 years back in time at the Jorvik Viking centre discover the undercroft and tower at York Minster or delve into the darkest depths of York's grisly past at the York Dungeon. Soak up the history of days gone by at York Castle Museum with its recreated Victorian Street or pay a visit to Clifford's Tower originally built by William the Conqueror. Directions to Goodramgate Apartments York

Approaching from any of Monkgate St Maurices Rd or Lord Mayors Walk at the traffic lights turn towards Monk Bar (the arched entrance into York). Immediately before this (5 metres) on the right opposite Meadowcrofts Drycleaners is a small brick square arched roadway entrance please note this is quite narrow. Proceed through this to the small public car park at the rear. This is a short stay 10 minute free park for loadingunloading only. The meetinggreeting and key collection point is Montys ice cream parlour adjacent to Monk Bar. Montys is open from 11am-6pm everyday.
