The Hotel Central as its name implies is conveniently situated for all the local attractions being close to the beach the Pavilion Theatre and the working 17th century harbour. The town centre is one minute's level walk away. The dining room is a pleasant venue in which to dine and easily accessible on the ground floor. Our chefs offer a varied menu with a choice of dishes at every meal. The hotel has full central heating for those early and late season breaks and a passenger lift to all floors. The Hotel Central has 28 bedrooms all en-suite with colour television and teacoffee making facilities. Two bedrooms have been specially designed to help guests who have limited mobility both are on the ground floor and each has a large bathroom which contains a bath with handrails an adjustable hand basin and a toilet with room at the side for a wheelchair. On the first floor there is a lounge bar where dancing and live entertainment is provided several nights a week. Guests of the Hotel Central are able to use the facilities of our sister hotel the Fairhaven which is located opposite the Hotel Central. Parking: On-street permit is available but must be reserved when booking.

From Dorchester follow the signs for Weymouth and on arrival in the town make your way to the EsplanadeBeach. Continue past the Jubilee Clock and Kings Statue and head towards the Ferry Terminal. The Hotel Central is directly behind our sister hotel the Fairhaven Hotel. It is easier for our guests to check in at the Fairhaven Hotel which is on your right hand side just before the one-way system around the Alexander Gardens.
