Beyond the village the views across the nearby yachting marina are simply idyllic and the sea is a pleasant 20-minute stroll away. Lakeside is so named for the large lake in its grounds teeming with wildlife most notably the majestic swans which glide leisurely by. It's idyllically calm surrounded by beautiful trees and landscaped with colourful floral borders and flowerbeds. On a Warner Leisure Hotels short break there's live entertainment every night with breakfast three course dinner and accommodation all included in the price. Directions by Car: From the A27: Follow the A27 towards Havant. At the Havant roundabout turn onto the A3023 towards Hayling Island. Stay on A3023 for approximately 4 miles until you reach the mini roundabout. Take the first exit into Church Road. Continue along this road until you reach Mengham turn left into Selsmore Road following the road round into Rails Lane. Turn left into Fishery Lane.
