Spillers Farm can be found just outside the village of Musbury on the A358 the main road between Axminster and Seaton. The most direct route is M4 M5 to Junction 25 where you can join the A358 and follow it through Chard to Axminster. Alternatively take the M3 then the A303 at Junction 8 and follow it all the way to Ilminster where you can join the A358 and follow it to Chard and Axminster. From Axminster the A358 Musbury will be signposted. Spillers Farm itself isn't signposted but if you follow the directions below you will find us very easily. Basically we are on the same road that comes out of Axminster. You don't have to move off that road to find us!If you have sat nav our postcode is EX13 8AJ. BUT please bear in mind that we are in a rural area with a postcode shared by several houses many hundreds of yards apart! So even if your sat nav tells you that you've reached your destination - you may not have so you might find it easier to follow these directions once you've reached Musbury. Drive through the village and we can be found on the right hand side of the road after the garage and around a bend after leaving the village. Please look for a farmhouse on its own after the Tea Rooms sign. It is the first property on the right after leaving the village. There will be a sign on a tree in the right hand hedge saying Tea Rooms 500 yards. That's us so once you see that please be prepared to turn. Alternatively if taking the A3052 from Lyme Regis or Sidmouth please turn onto the A358 at Boshill Cross. Again Musbury should be signposted and in this case we are on the left hand side of the road. We are the second house on the left hand side of the road - after the first larger farm. You should see a sign on the first farm's barn saying Tea Rooms 500 yards. That's us so prepare to turn about 500 yards later. There are two drive entrances to Spillers Farm. Please take the single gate at the side of the house immediately by the BandB sign. Please come in slowly - there are free ranging animals on the farm - and park in the concrete forecourt but not in front of the windows or the door as this parking is reserved for cottage guests. Your room will be ready after 3pm. We may be outside or with the animals please feel free to come and look for us. We normally spot people before they see us but if all else fails please come to the porch facing the road and ring the bell by the green front door.
