A 5 bedroom family run guest house in a beautiful listed building overlooking Weymouth Bay and Portland. 10 meters from the beach and a short walk from the station and the ferry terminal to Jersey and Guernsey we offer a warm welcome to all our guests. All rooms have central heating complimentary tea and coffee making facilities TVDVD players freeview Free WIFI and front door keys. Hairdryers Ironing boards and Irons can be provided on request. A full english breakfast is provided along with cereals fruit juices and fresh fruit. Dietry needs can be catered for on request. NEW room only option call for details and prices.All Family rooms have ensuites 2 have sea views.A singletwin has views to the rear a wash basin and a private toilet and shared shower.The double room has a feature fireplace and bay window overlooking the sea a private toilet on the landing and shared shower facilities.Home of the 2012 sailing olympics we can offer wetsuit storage washing and drying bike storage(max 2 bikes) and an early breakfast ( earliest 7.30) before your day out if required. Dogs are welcome in our dog friendly room by pre arrangement and an additional charge of œ5 per night.There is on road parking for 1 hour during the day from July - Sept and all day at other times. Can park on one side of the road from 6pm - 10 am.This is a No Smoking Guest House. You will be responsible for any damages or breakages that you cause either maliciously or accidentally to our property. Large Groups will be asked for an additional œ100.00 breakages deposit to be paid on arrival and refunded when the rooms have been checked on or after check out.

On arriving in Weymouth you reach a pelican crossing Turn immediatly left and we are on the right hand side facing the sea.From the clock in Weymouth follow the Esplande towards Dorchester with the sea on your right hand side. Turn right before the pelican crossing.
