Recent modernisation has created a boutique feel whilst still retaining the charm of the building. The interiors bring together the best of old and new; original wooden and tiled floors combine with contemporary lighting and artwork. The all-important breakfast includes healthy items such as home-made muesli compote fresh fruit and proper orange juice.
