With local fresh fish dishes a daily specials board vegetarian options a smaller appetites menu and traditional pub favourites there are many options available to suit all tastes with a selection of mouth watering desserts on offer.With four newly refurbished en suite rooms available including one twin and three superior rooms providing modern stylish accommodation with a homely feel and a nautical theme.Each of our rooms have flatscreen televisons with Freeview and a DVD player alarm clocks with I-Pod docks a hairdryer and a complementary tea and coffee tray.Many with breath-taking views of the sea the perfect escape for your break in a calm relaxed location.Seaview is located on the north eastern point of the island 15 minutes away by car from the ferry port of Ryde.A village popular for its sailing and seaside location it is also home to a wildlife park with a variety of rare animals and birds to see and feed. Puckpool park which is a stones throw from The Boathouse has crazy golf putting and tennis courts as well as swings slides and a roundabout for children.Further along the coast into Ryde there is a swimming pool ten-pin bowling alley and an ice rink as well as an array of shops in the town.So however much or little you wish to do on your break with us Seaview is an ideal base to create your perfect holiday with The Boathouse being the perfect place to start.

Directions to The Boat House Isle of Wight

From the Wightlink Car Ferry in Fishbourne turn left at the traffic lights following directions for Ryde on the A3054 road. on entering Ryde go straight on at the traffic lights DO NOT bear left. When you reach a second set of traffic lights turn left into Argyll Street follow this road through two sets of traffic lights go down St John's hill and up the other side follow the road until you come to the junction. At the junction by the church turn and you will come to a mini roundabout.Take the first exit on to Appley RoadA3055 follow the road until you come to a cornerTurn left onto Puckpool Hill follow the road to the bottom and you will find THE BOATHOUSE on the right. From the East Cowes Car ferry terminal follow signs for Ryde up York AvenueA3021 exiting East Cowes take the first exit at the roundabout and follow signs for Ryde.Follow this road for approximately twothree miles unto you come to a large roundabout take the 1st exit onto Lushington HillA3054. Continue to follow the A3054 towards Ryde on entering Ryde go straight on at the traffic lights DO NOT bear left. When you reach a second set of traffic lights turn left into Argyll Street follow this road through two sets of traffic lights go down St John's hill and up the other side follow the road until you come to the junction. If travelling on foot from either the Fast Cat or the Hovercraft follow the promenade along the seafront for approximately twenty minutes. There are plenty of taxis along the esplanade and the Island bus station is located within easy reach of either terminal.
