If you are travelling by car then leaving M1 from the junction 28, move on A38 that goes to Mansfield, then from there you have to take the first turn to the left that will take you to Carter Lane East and you will find Derbyshire Hotel B & B located at the left hand side. If you are travelling by train then land on the train station near to the Alfreton village, it is the closest station from the hotel and is about a distance of about two hours north of London and same from the south of Edinburgh and if travelling by Air then land on the Nottingham East Midlands airport the hotel will be at about a journey of 30 minutes from the airport.
