Acclaimed for GOOD VALUE and COMFORT the Queensbury extends a very warm welcome to all guests whether on business or pleasure with a wide selection of rooms to suit all requirements and budgets from standard twins and doubles to triples and quads. This beautifully restored Regency Grade II listed building enjoys a central seafront location overlooking the lawns and gardens of Regency Square beneath which a discreet NCP car park offers very convenient parking right outside the front door (œ12.50 per 24 hours). The Queensbury is within minutes of the conference centre's beach theatres cinemas shops and the many restaurants bars and clubs nearby. All SUPERIOR ROOMS have fully en suite facilities with either a shower or a bath whilst STANDARD ROOMS have a small en suite shower cubicle wash-basin and shared WC on the landing. Eight rooms have oblique views across the gardens to the sea and all GRAND ROOMS enjoy high ceilings and chandeliers two with direct access to a private balcony with views of the West Pier and beyond. All rooms enjoy Freeview digital LCD TV + DVDCD player complimentary Wi-Fi access and buffet continental breakfast with a fruit juices cereals hot beverages ham cheese toast and conserves. Alternatively a full English breakfast is available just across the lawns at the Regency Restaurant via voucher at the special rate of œ5. Children are welcome however it should be noted there is no lift in the building. Check-in is from 3pm to 9pm with check-out by 11am but a late check-out is available by special arrangement and subject to a small charge. The hotel has a no-smoking policy throughout.

Directions to The Queensbury Hotel Brighton

Driving - from London take the M23 which becomes the A23. Follow this road straight into Brighton until you reach the Palace Pier roundabout at which take the 3rd exit to head west along the seafront. After approx 1 Km you will see the remains of the West Pier - take the right-hand filter lane into Preston Street then the next right into Regency Square. The Queensbury Hotel Brighton is halfway down the east side of the square. Pay and Display parking is available outside the hotel (no charge between 8pm and 9am) but for long term it's cheaper to use the NCP underground car park whose entrance is at the north-west corner of the square.On foot from Brighton Station - Walk south along Queen's Road to the Clock Tower then take a right into Western Road. Continue for approx 0.5 Km then take a left into Preston Street. Regency Square is the 3rd left where you will find The Queensbury Hotel Brighton half way down the east side of the square.
