Our bed and breakfast is quietly tucked away at the rear of our Regency town-house. Guests access their room(s) through their own private entrance a feature much appreciated by guests. A light breakfast is included in the quoted price: Continental style offering toast preserves (home-made) cereals teacoffee juice etc. For those with a bigger appetite or determined to treat themselves can enjoy our highly praised full English breakfast using high quality locally sourced produce where-ever possible. Our full breakfast is available at £4 per breakfast. Lighter cooked versions can be provided on request at a realistic price. All breakfasts are served in the elegant dining room at the front of the house overlooking the Gover Valley. Our 3 rooms all en-suite are individually decorated and well-equipped with (hopefully) everything you might need. The house is only a 5 minute walk from the town centre and 10 minutes from rail/bus/coach links useful if you are not using your own transport. Nearby coastal attrctions include the coastal village of Charlestown and Porthpean Beach both 2 miles away. The Eden Project and Lost Gardens of Heligan are 5 miles away a 20 minute bus ride (quicker by car!) In the morning guests are served in our spacious dining room at the front of the house overlooking the Gover Valley. Our central quiet location makes it an ideal base from where you can acces many lovely places. We aim to make your stay as comfy as possible and we are just next door if you need us.

Travelling from the rail/bus/coach station From the station Sedgemoor Heights is a pleasant easy to navigate 10 minute walk through the pedestrianised town centre. A map is useful. If you prefer written instructions can be supplied. Contact us for an almost fool-proof guide! There is a dedicated taxi-rank next to the railway station entrance. Travelling by car We are easy to find. If it helps we can supply you with written instructions. Warning to Sat-Nav users: if you are travelling via the A30 look at a map first as you can be taken the pretty way.
