Bramblewick is an ideal base from which to explore the heritage-rich streets on foot - the ruined splendour of the cliff-top abbey is about as far away as you can get but only 15 minutes stroll. You can also easily venture into the nearby North Yorkshire Moors by car train and bus experiencing the breathtaking views the villages from the famous Heartbeat TV series the nostalgia of the North Yorkshire Moors steam railway and the unspoilt valleys. We provide parking for up to three cars on our forecourt and there is on-street parking all around us. There are also Pay and Display car parks a short stroll away.

By Car From Pickering/Middlesborough - Follow signs for Whitby Centre to traffic lights. Turn left down Prospect Hill turn left on mini roundabout up Chubb Hill Road second left off larger roundabout to Upgang Lane first right to Cresent Avenue right to Normanby Terrace to end left on to Havelock Place. From Scarborough - Follow signs for West Cliff over new road bridge to traffic lights straight through lights down Prospect Hill then as above. By Train from Middlesborough direct to Whitby or from York toScarborough then bus to Whitby Bus service operates from Middlesborough or Scarborough or from further afield via the coast liner bus The bus and train station are located together in the town and it is a short walk to Bramblewick. Go up hill next to St Hildas Catholic church (Brunswick Street) left at top onto Flowergate then second right Skinner Street. We are two thirds of the way up on the left hand side
