Breakers is a lovingly refurbished Victorian Guest House located on the sea front with views over the Pavilion Gardens the promenade and beach. We are within very easy flat walking distance of Eastbourne Pier and Town Centre (10 mins). br / br / br / br / Directly outside are bus stops taking you into Eastbourne and there is also a stop for the Dotto land train which runs along the whole of the seafront from Holywell Bay to Sovereign Harbour during the summer. There is a wide variety of restaurants and bars close by. br / br / br / br / All of our rooms have been individually decorated and furnished. Each room has an en-suite flat screen TV Wi-Fi and hospitality tray. Guests can relax in the sun lounge overlooking the sea front. br / br / br / br / Guests can enjoy either full English breakfast made from high quality local produce or continental style fare. Directions to Breakers Guest House Eastbourne

North - Road: If you are driving down from the North London or M25 then leave the M25 on the M23 junction (signed for Gatwick and Brighton) and follow the M23. Follow the M23 (turns into A23) until you reach the the A27 junction just before you reach Brighton. Then follow the A27 and signs heading east until you reach Eastbourne. On entering Eastbourne follow signs to the Seafront. Royal Parade is east of the Pier. br/ br/ West or South Coast - Road: From the West or the South Coat you can approach Eastbourne from the M27 (turns into the A27). From Kent it depends where you start from. From North Kent you could travel via the M25 / M23 or from South Kent you could follow the A21 until Battle then cut across to Pevensey Bay and Eastbourne. On entering Eastbourne follow signs to the Seafront. Royal Parade is east of the Pier. br/ br/ London - Train: From London there are direct trains to Eastbourne from Victoria station and London Bridge station. You might also catch the next fast train to East Croydon and change there. There are also direct trains from Brighton Hastings and Ashford.
