Welcome to Manor Farm Stay. We offer comfortable farmhouse bed and breakfast accommodation amidst peaceful rural surroundings. We are located just 15 minutes walk from Sutton on Sea which is a friendly seaside village in Lincolnshire with glorious long sandy beaches. With the choice of two en suite rooms complete with handcrafted beds cosy duvets and uninterrupted views of fields and gardens we hope you will enjoy a relaxing time. br / br / br / br / Sutton on Sea blends together all the perfect ingredients for a traditional seaside holiday - clean beaches classic beach chalets lots of fresh air and a selection of restaurants and cafes. Lincolnshire offers something for everyone whether it s enjoying activities and nature in the Coastal Country Park and the Lincolnshire Wolds taking in the history of Lincoln or visiting the bustling seaside towns. br / br / br / br / At Manor Farm Stay the bedrooms are on the ground floor and first floor and can be laid out as a super king-size or twins. They have en suite shower rooms wooden floors and lovely rural views. Children under 2 stay free (travel cot provided). An air-bed can be provided for children 2-14 (additional charge). The well-established garden is a nice spot for a wander and maybe a chat over the fence with our hens and ducks. By evening you may be lucky enough to see the resident owl and vast starry skies. br / br / br / br / Manor Farm Stay is a green B&B and we source as many of the breakfast ingredients as we can either locally or from our large fruit and vegetable garden. We believe you can taste the difference - come and find out for yourself! br / br / br / br / We welcome well-behaved dogs/pets and there are lots of dog-friendly beaches nearby. Alford/Mablethorpe direction within Sutton on Sea - Road: Please note Manor Farm Stay is down a 400m private driveway not on the main road as some sat navs state. From Alford direction A111: turn R at the roundabout onto Station Road A52 OR from Mablethorpe direction (via Sutton High Street): turn L at the roundabout onto Station Road A52. Proceed for 0.4 mile or 0.65 km past the Primary School on the left & past tractor turning sign. The lane to Manor Farm Stay is the second driveway on the right after the tractor turning sign on the bend br/ br/ Huttoft direction within Sutton-on-Sea - Road: Please note Manor Farm Stay is down a 400m private driveway not on the main road as some sat navs state. From Huttoft direction A52: Proceed past Sandilands Sea Lane turnoff for 0.7miles or 1.2km this will take you past St Clements Church (leaning tower) on the right and Jordan Grove on the left. The lane to Manor Farm Stay is the second driveway on the left after the road bends to left road sign. br/ br/ Skegness - Train: Skegness train station is 30 minutes by car connecting with Grantham. Taxis are usually available at Skegness train station or we can book one for you in advance if required. br/ br/ Cleethorpes - Train: Cleethorpes train station is 1 hour by car. Taxis are usually available at Cleethorpes train station or we can book one for you in advance if required. br/ br/ Various - Bus: There are 2 bus stops within 650m of Manor Farm Stay.
