The Collyweston Slater is a traditional coaching inn built in the 17th century and set in the heart of the village of Collyweston in Northamptonshire. In the early 1970 s after changing hands it was enlarged to incorporate the adjoining terraced houses. At this point having been called The Slater s Arms it was renamed The Cavalier . The restaurant area became known as Slaters . br / br / br / br / A major renovation of the building took place in 2006 which transformed the building creating a light welcoming and relaxed environment which still allows the original oak timbering and slate to conjure up visions of former times. br / br / br / br / Today the Collyweston provides a warm welcome to all its guests providing a great food offer a large range of hand pulled ales and fine wines in modern and comfortable surroundings. br / br / br / br / The Collyweston Slater also has three guest bedrooms so that you can extend your dining experience and make an overnight stay before enjoying a breakfast of your choosing. br / br / br / br / Here at the Collyweston Slater we serve a traditional pub fayre menu Tuesday - Saturday 12-2.30 & 5.30-9 and Sunday Lunches between 12 & 5pm. br / br / br / br / The pub is open from 12pm everyday except Mondays when it opens at 5pm.
