Small Centrally located Town house property on a quiet tree-lined avenue 2 minutes from the station bus park and town centre. 5 minute walk from the Theatre promenade and pier. All rooms have tea/coffee facilities Freeview TV Safety deposit safe shower and WC and central heating control. There is a common well lit dining area in the basement. Although we are licenced we operate a tray service only for drinks from our small bar. All public area lighting is automatically operated on your approach and the front entrance is opened with an electronic key which we will supply at check-in. There is a very cosy TV lounge with sumptuous leather seating. We don t have a lift but there are rest facilities on each floor for the less abled.

Straight across the First roundabout (Heading for Llandudno) Straight across the next roundabout (Heading for Llandudno) Straight across the next roundabout (Heading for Llandudno) Take the third exit off the next roundabout (Heading for the Town Centre) Straight across the next roundabout Straight across two sets of traffic lights with ASDA on your left. At the end of the road: Bear left (Heading for the Station) after 60 Yards: Turn right into Charlton Street Karden House Hotel is the last door on the left-hand side. From the Railway station: As you exit the Railway station turn left along Augusta Street. Turn right at the traffic lights along Trinity Avenue. Take the first right into Charlton Street. Karden House Hotel is the First door on the right.
