Chop Chop is an authentic Chinese restaurant where we serve the food they love in China. It is in the northern Chinese style - uncomplicated, inexpensive and delicious. We make all the dishes, including the noodles and dumplings, ourselves from fresh ingredients with no artificial colourings or preservatives. The style of serving in China is a little but different from Britians, diners order collectively and share all dishes, which are brought to the table in random order as soon as they are ready. In this way, mixing the textures and flavours of the dishes adds to the enjoyment of the meal. We have 2 restaurants, one located in Haymarket and the other in Leith, 76 Commercial Street, 0131 553 118. Both just minutes from Edinburgh city centre.
