Explore the story of traditional cidermaking, how apples were harvested, milled and pressed, and how the resulting juice was fermented to produce cider. Walk through original cider cellars and see how champagne cider was made. View original watercolours and admire a rare collection of engraved lead crystal cider glasses and Meissen figurines. Open April-Oct 10am-5pm, Nov-March 11am-3pm, Tuesday-Saturday, closed Sundays and Mondays except bank holiday weekends.
