I am a Body Control Pilates Instructor working with small groups and individual clients. I teach Pilates for all abilities at Beckwith Health Club - just a few minutes from Harrogate Centre. I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals at Level 4 (Specialist Instructor) with a specialism in Pilates for low back pain.
