Cranleigh bed and breakfast is a detached town house set in its own grounds with ample off road parking, Cranleigh B&B is nestled in the leafy area of Exmouth, Devon, known as the Avenues, the location is quite and convenient to both the sandy beach, the start of the Jurasic coast and Exmouth town, Since their purchase Caron & Mark Stephens have refurbished the house to provide three cosy individually styled guest rooms all offering the comforts to give you a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Exmouth, East Devon, from a hotel back ground Caron & Mark have been running guest accommodation for over 10 years now and have built up a loyal and continued friendship with a number of guests that return on a regular basis, Each bedroom is individual and decorated with Victoria & Albert inspired designs for your comfort you have a colour flat screen television, DVD, & Clock Radio Alarm, Luxury Sanderson towels and sumptuous bedding, the En-suite bathrooms are each fitted with power showers and are decorated with accent walls, the bedrooms all have south facing windows with views towards the sea, you can even lay in bed at night and listen to the sounds of the sea, The popular breakfast menu is a treat, each ingredient is sourced locally and put together to offer you a culunary delight to start your day, we are happy to accomodate any special diets and offer a variety of breakfasts including vegetarian and vegan, just let us know before you arrive if you are unsure,
