A stunning victorian guest house renovated to a superb standard retaining many original features and quality breakfast included.

 Gyves House is a beautiful victorian guest house situated in a quiet street just 30m from the seafront and 5 min flat walk to the town centre. All our amply proportioned rooms are ensuite and the tarrif of £35pppn includes a full english breakfast.

Breakfast: All rooms have breakfast included .This consists of a choice of cereals,a full english breakfast (we serve bacon,egg,sausage,tomato,mushrooms)toast and jam selection plus tea and coffee.Our cooked breakfast is grilled for a healthier start to the day and the mushrooms are sauted in butter.Eggs are free range organic delivered directfrom a local farm fresh every week

Rooms: All our rooms are en-suite and comfortably proportioned,towels,soap and shampoo are provided.Irons and hairdryers are available on request.

Parking: parking is free on street on a first come first served basis plus sea front parking with tarrifs ranging from 50p to £4 for a full day.

Wifi: Free wi-fi is available and flat screen hd tv in all rooms

Pets: Sorry no pets as some guests can be allergic to animals.

Families: Children can be accommodated but please be aware we have no dedicated family rooms.Adjacent double and twin rooms can be made available.Phone for details.

Disabled Facilities: As this is a victorian building we are unable to supply ground floor accommodation.
