Prices at The Stables Bend and Breakfas Holt from 75 On the edge of the historic Georgian market town of Holt yet close to the woods of Holt Country Park and just a few miles inland from the North Norfolk Coast with its wealth of beaches and nature reserves, this single-storey converted barn provides a perfect holiday for discerning visitors. Jane and David will offer you a warm and friendly welcome to their home. You will be their only paying guests, enjoying a comfortable double room with en-suite W.C. and shower and sole use of a neighbouring sitting room. This has a sofa-bed, so it can be used as a bedroom for an additional adult or child. Across the corridor there is a further bathroom for your sole use with a W.C. and bath. We do not provide cots or bedding for babies but you are welcome to bring your own. N.B. There is one step up into the house from the garden and inside there is a step down into the dining room. • Strictly no smoking ?• Comfortable double room with direct access from the garden ?• En-suite facilities ?• Your own private sitting room ?• Tea and coffee making facilities ?• Freeview TV and selection of DVDs ?• Wireless broadband throughout the house ?• Enclosed garden with patio and furniture ?• Gated parking ?• Secure cycle and sports equipment store The cost is £75.00 per night for two sharing the room. Each additional adult will be charged £25.00 per night and a child under 16 years £15.00; children under five will be free of charge. ?At busy times of the year we may request a minimum of two nights’ stay.
