Valley Farm B and B and Self Catering Cottages
Set in 2.5 acres of Suffolk countryside, Valley Farm offers two AA 5 star B&B rooms in a traditional Suffolk farmhouse and two 4 star self catering cottages in the grounds. There is also an indoor heated swimming pool which is available to guests and plenty of open space for leisure and play. The small market town of Halesworth where there are shops, pubs and restaurants is just one mile away and Southwold and the beautiful Suffolk coast is only 7 miles.

Breakfast: Guests have a choice of a traditional Suffolk Breakfast made with the finest local ingredients. Our bacon is dry cured to order from Blythburgh free range pigs and our sausages are made on a local farm. For a lighter continental style breakfast there are fresh baked to order croissants with home made preserves from our own fruit with continental meats and cheese and a boiled egg. Vegetarian guests have a good choice of alternatives such as toasted bagels and cream cheese or veggie sausages if they prefer a cooked breakfast. All this is accompanied by a selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereals, fruit juice and a selection of teas and coffees.

Rooms: In our B&B we have one double and one family room that can sleep up to four. Both rooms have en-suite shower rooms and are equipped with Freeview TV / DVD players and hair dryers plus a hot drinks tray with biscuits and sweets. The two self catering cottages sleep up to four people. They both have two bedrooms, a twin and a double each with an en-suite bathroom. The comfortable living accommodation has a sitting area with sofas and a Freesat TV/DVD, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. All linen and towels are provided.

Parking: Large off road parking area

Wifi: Free WIFI available to all guests in the farmhouse.

Pets: Valley Farm has a no animals policy for reasons of severe allergy.

Families: Valley Farm welcomes families. Apart from the indoor heated swimming pool which is a great hit with children and adults alike, there is plenty of open space for children to play safely well away from any traffic. We have swings, a basket ball hoop, croquet and junior rabbit croquet,boules and a goal post for budding Beckhams. An enclosed terrace outside each cottage makes a very safe play area for toddlers.

Disabled Facilities: Both cottages are designed and eqipped for people with mobility problems. The access is up a ramp with no steps and all the accommodation is on the ground floor. The twin room in each cottage has a bathroom designed for wheelchair access with grab rails over the bath, basin and toilet. All doorways are wide enough for a wheel chair and the floors in the living area are tiled for ease of mobility.
