The house is great for families or for corporate employees. Located just a 20 minute drive from Junction 3 of the M27. /p As you enter the house there is a hallway and if you follow this down to the rear of the house you will come to a cloakroom and a single bedroom. On the next level there is the fully equipped kitchen so you are no longer governed to hotel timetables and can cook at your own convenience. A washing machine is supplied to cater for all your laundry needs. /p The lounge has been recently redecorated and has two sofas a large LCD television freeview and DVD player. /p On the second level there are three bedrooms which have double beds wardrobes chest of drawers and bed side lights. The Master bedroom has an en-suite with a shower wash basin and mirror and shaving power points. Bed linen and towels will be provided on arrival plus complimentary toiletries - if your stay is longer than seven days our housekeeping team will clean the house and supply fresh towels and bed linen. /p The main bathroom is also on the second level and has a bath with a shower overhead wash basin and shaver power points. /p Free Broadband is included in the nightly rate unlike hotels so you are not forced to buy internet packages. There is one allocated parking space for this property for a small vehicle which is available at £5 per night. /p There is a local convenience shop nearby for all your needs and the property does offer a food welcome pack which can be ordered from their reservations team any time up to 48 hours before your date of arrival. /p West Quay shopping centre is a ten minute drive away or a 25 minute walk. Oxford Street is also very close by famous for some of Southampton s finest restaurants and wine bars and will only take you 10 minutes to walk to. The Mayflower Park is only a ten minute drive away and is popular with visitors and locals alike being on the waterside and hosting civic events with level grass areas playground facilities and a cafe. Directions to Town or Country - Clench House Southampton

From the M27: Exit the M27 at Junction 3 the M271 exit to Southampton/Docks. At the first roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the M271 and then at the second roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A33 slip road to City Centre/Docks/A35. Merge onto Redbridge Road/A35. Continue to follow the A33 until you come to a roundabout then take the 2nd exit onto Town Quay/A33. Turn left onto Terminus Terrace/A33 then turn right onto Bernard Street/A33 then right onto Threefield Lane/A33 then right onto Marsh Lane/A33. Then take a left onto City Commerce Centre and another left onto Carpathia Drive. Turn right onto Clench street and the property will be on your left hand side. OR you can exit the M27 at Junction 5 onto the A335. Continue on the A335 until you come to Dorset Street where you will take a slight left onto Dorset Street following the A33. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit onto St Andrew s Road/A33. Stay on the A33 until you continue on to City Commerce Centre. Turn left onto City Commerce Centre then turn left onto Carpathia Drive then right onto Clench Street where the property will be on your left.
