The Bakehouse offers quality en-suite bed and breakfast centrally located in the old part of Seahouses just a stones throw from the picturesque harbour and shoreline. This beautiful property is the ideal coastal retreat. Beautifully restored furnished and equipped to high standards with attractive contemporary and traditional touches. The Bakehouse B&B also offers parking cycle and golf storage a lovely guest lounge and Ocean Leisure Club membership. All the village amenities are a short stroll away and of course the trips to the Farne Islands from the harbour are on the doorstep. The Bakehouse is the home of Julie and Pete. Julie is an artist and Pete is a photographer. They have designed and furnished the Bakehouse to be an ideal seaside retreat. Our aim has been to create a combination of design style and comfort to enable true relaxation. Our standards are high and we ve put a lot of time and effort into providing the little extras that will hopefully be appreciated and make our guests feel at home during their stay. How to Find Us Directions to The Bakehouse by car From the North Three and a half miles South of Holy Island turn off the A1 and take a left turn onto the B1342 signposted Bamburgh and Seahouses. When in Seahouses proceed past The Neptune on your left and turn right up Main Street. At the New Harbour Inn roundabout turn left towards Beadnell. Opposite the garage turn left onto Dunstan View leading to North Street. The Bakehouse is the large white property on the right hand side on the corner of Weatherly Street. Parking is at the side of The Bakehouse on Weatherly Sreet. From the South Travelling on the A1 past Alnwick turn right onto the B6347 signposted Christon Bank and Seahouses. Carry on through Christon Bank then turn left onto the B1340 for Seahouses. On entering Seahouses pass the Golf Club on your right and opposite the garage turn right onto Dunstan View leading to North Street. The Bakehouse is the large white property on the right on the corner of Weatherly Street. Parking is at the side of The Bakehouse on Weatherly Street.
