M25 - Road: M25(J7) M23 then A23 to Purley. A235 to Croydon. Pass Tree House pub right at traffic lights onto A212. Once on the A212 Croham Park avenue is approx 1.5 miles on the right. br/ br/ Gatwick Airport - Train: Frequent Trains from London Gatwick to East Croydon. Catch the Train to East Croydon. approximately 16 minutes at east Croydon black taxi approximately £8 to the B&B. OR catch the TRAM (number 3 - towards New Addington) outside East Croydon station. You need to swipe your oyster card before getting on the Tram. 6 minutes-3rd stop- alight at LLoyd Park Tram stop Cross the road - walk down the road 1 minute - turn left into Croham Park Ave. B&B is on the left side of the road. br/ br/ London Victoria - Train: Trains leave Victoria for East Croydon from platforms 16-19 . .
