Home Park Homestay is an inexpensive family run house 8 minutes walk from the city center and University 6 minutes walk from the train station and 10 minutes walk to Weatherspoons approx. 20 minutes walk to the Barbican and Seafront. The rooms have tv internet and tea and coffee making facilities. It is a good stop off point for Brittany Ferrys HMS Drake and the Dockyard. There is free parking at the rear of the hotel. Buses run every ten minutes in to the city center from outside the hotel. The main road outside takes you to Derriford Hospital and out onto Dartmoor.

ome into Plymouth on the A38 and carry straight on along the A386. Turn off at the slip road for Manadon Roundabout. Take the second exit and head toward the city center. After four sets of traffic lights you should see central park on your left carry on follow round the corner of the park down the slip road towards city center there will be a speed camera immediately on your left. at the end of the park you will see a block of large terraced houses on left Home Park homestay is one of these before the next speed camera at the end of the block turn immediately left up Upper Knolleys Terrace and come to up the lane to the rear entrance.
