Kings Barn in set in 700 acres, which will ensure you have a peaceful stay with us. "More than just home from home"

Kings Barn Farmhouse was built in 2008 and won a Fenland District Council One off New build design award. In 2010 we converted two rooms into guest rooms and achieved 4 Star Rating, Silver Award. Both rooms are accessed by a private internal staircase, utilised by these two rooms only (so we won’t wake you when we get up early in the morning) Our rooms are spotlessly clean and offer every comfort including a well stocked hospitality tray. The Mezzanine: Double Room with En-suite Shower and large walk-in cupboard. (A double Z-bed can be placed in here for two children or one adult) The Hayloft A Family room with a King Size Bed, 2 singles and Sofa Bed - Ensuite bathroom - an additional Z Bed can be place in this room to sleep up to 8 We always try our best to make your stay a very happy one so that we might have the pleasure of welcoming you back some time in the future.

Breakfast: We offer a Full English breakfast and a Daily Special, all served in the main dining hall of the house

Rooms: Both rooms have en-suite facilities, shower in Double room and shower/bath in Family room. They have Digital TV, DVD player, Iron & Ironing Board, Mini fridge, Coffee & Tea making facilities, alarm clock and Bathrobes

Parking: We have amble free parking in front of the house

Wifi: Free Wifi in both rooms and breakfast area

Pets: Dogs are welcome at Kings Barn, but we do have Free Range Hens, Cats and dogs that roam around our grounds. So please keep your dogs under control if they are anti other animals!

Families: Our family room can sleep up to 8, we have an heated outdoor swimming pool that can be used in the summer months, as well as a trampoline for the more energetic. The RSPB centre at Welches Dam is at the bottom of the farm, a good walk!!
