The Forest offers 5 star luxury B&B accommodation in 5 charming en-suite double rooms, one with four-poster bed and adjacent to the B&B are 3 charming self catering cottages. All rooms and cottages are furnished to a very high standard with keen attention to detail and have views over the gardens. The furnishings and decorations are different but all share a style which respects the original Victorian architecture. There is a tennis court, peaceful gardens and a free games room with pool and table football. Children of all ages are welcome and there is a swing, climbing frame and play house. Extra beds may be added to some room for children. The tranquil setting makes it the perfect place in which to relax and an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions of Mid Wales. Less than 1.5 kms away is Kerry village which has a pub restaurant and it is a 5 minute drive from Newtown. The Forest nestles in the beautiful Vale of Kerry, 3 miles from the ancient market town of Newtown close to the Kerry Ridgeway, Offa's Dyke and Glyndwr's Way. Montgomery with its castle ruins and the medieval Powis Castle are close by and there are steam railways and canals to explore. There is a lot to see and do in this beautiful area including sports, scenic walks, castles and pretty villages and towns.

Families: Children of all ages are welcome. We have a children's play area with climbing frame, swing and play house. For older children we have a large timber fort with zip-wire, a games room with pool, table tennis and table football. We also have a tennis court and 4 acres of gardens.
