Mary was formally owner and creator of an award winning boutique bed and breakfast and has now created a new more personalised and homely place to stay. Just a short stroll around the corner you will find an award winning pub selling many local brews some of which you might recognise their famous names. This pub serves traditional pub food as well as having the charm of a thatched Sussex barn5 Drewitts Mews is close by to the attractions of Chichester including the Festival Theatre Historic Cathedral and the Old Market Cross. A little further a field you will find pleasant beaches ranging from the tranquil area of outstanding natural beauty (known as East Head) right through to the arcades lights and piers of Bognor Regis where you could pick up a seaside ice cream or a bag of fish and chips!A little further still is the historic town of Portsmouth with its famous ships including HMS Victory HMS Warrior Mary Rose and many other attractions. Also in the other direction you could browse the small boutiques and antique shops in the arty and bohemian Brighton.5 Drewitts Mews is nearby to the South Downs which offers many great walks and attractions such as the Weald and Downland Museum other museum open houses and even gardens in West Dean. You will also find 5 Drewitts Mews perfectly located for the events in Goodwood such as Goodwood racecourse horseracing Goodwood airfield and racetrack and the Goodwood festival of speed. FROM BRIGHTONGATWICK DIRECTION:-Take A27 westbound towards Portsmouth and Chichester.-At the Westhampnett roundabout (near chichesterSainsburysMcdonalds) take the left exit (staying on the A27).-At the 1st set of traffic lights turn left (following signposts to Oving).-After 14mile take the road on the right (following signposts to Oving).-After 14mile take the road on the left (following signposts to Oving - if you go over the railway you have gone too far).-After 12mile take the 2nd left into Chuch Lane.-Immediately after the Chuch turn 1st left into Drewitts Mews.-5 Drewitts Mews Chichester is at the end of the driveway and is the last cottage on the left.FROM THE PORTSMOUTH(LONDON) DIRECTION:-Take A27 eastbound towards Chichester and Brighton.- Follow the A27(bypass around chichester - a few roundabouts).-Go straight over the Bognor roundabout staying on the A27.-At the set of traffic lights turn right (following signposts to Oving).-After 14mile take the road on the right (following signposts to Oving).-After 14mile take the road on the left (following signposts to Oving - if you go over the railway you have gone too far).-After 12mile take the 2nd left into Chuch Lane.-Immediately after the Chuch turn 1st left into Drewitts Mews.-5 Drewitts Mews Chichester is at the end of the driveway and is the last cottage on the left.BY TRAIN FROM LONDON VICTORIA:-Take the train from London Victoria and alight at either Barnham or Chichester.-Once you are at Barnham or Chichester stations you will need to take a taxi to 5 Drewitts Mews Chichester.BY TRAIN FROM LONDON WATERLOO:-Take the train from London Waterloo and change at Havent for services eastbound alight at either Barnham or Chichester.-Once you are at Barnham or Chichester stations you will need to take a taxi to 5 Drewitts Mews Chichester.BY TRAIN FROM PORTSMOUTH:-Take the train from Portsmouth or Portsmouth and Southsea eastbound alight at either Barnham of Chichester.-Once you are at Barnham or Chichester stations you will need to take a taxi to 5 Drewitts Mews Chichester.BY TRAIN FROM BRIGHTON:-Take the train from Brighton in the westbound direction alight at either Barnham or Chichester.-Once you are at Barnham or Chichester stations you will need to take a taxi to 5 Drewitts Mews Chichester.
