This 3 bedroom and 2 reception room beach bungalow is situated in a peaceful location 2 minutes walk from the beach. 3 double bedrooms the property sleeps 6 people very comfortably. There is a sofabed in one of the reception rooms making it possible for 8 people to stay. Children can be added to this number by way of an extra single bed or cot.The property has a large fully equipped kitchendiner and the property is light and airy throughout. There is a large garden with plenty of outdoor games for family fun in the better weather-for those colder evenings the open real fire will keep you warm. A lovely retreat which is also only a 6 mile journey from the main centre of Brighton and Hove. From the M23 continue onto the A23 continue onto the A27 and exit onto the Shoreham bypass. Take the exit to Shoreham and basin follow down to the A259 at the roundabout take the second exit onto Brighton Road at the roundabout take the first exit into The Saltings. Turn right onto Beach Green and continue to Kings Crescent. From Brighton take the A259 straight along the seafront until the roundabout at the end of Shoreham High Street and take the first exit onto The Brighton Road- As above. From the West follow the A27 until the Shoreham bypass exit and follow directions as above. By train from London there is a direct service to Shoreham and Shoreham Beach is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride.
