Leave A55 at junction 24 go to Abergele town centre turn left at traffic lights onto A548. Approximately 3 miles turn right on the B5381 sign posted Betws yn Rhos. Go through centre of village and pass church village school and village hall (on right) then take turning on left up small village lane then take second turn on left approximately 70mtrs. You will see sign at entrance to house. You have arrived!
