APARTMENT DESCRIPTION: Regency style raised ground floor apartment in the stylish Regency Square which faces the West Pier and beach. The Square has mowed lawns and private garden area where you can relax. The sunny apartment is quiet and cosy with large Regency style west facing windows (and window seats) with sea and Pier views. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine gas hob fridgefreezer a large breakfast table (dines five) and loads of storage space. In the peaceful master bedroom are original sash windows an entire wall of fitted wardrobes wall mounted TVDVD player and cosy double bed. Sir Edwin Henry Landseer (born 1802) lived in this building. He was a prolific painter and artist of the Victorian age. Landseer is probably best remembered for the design of the lions that stand on all four corners of Nelson's Column in the centre of Trafalgar Square in London.
