Old Stationhouse offers a relaxed friendly and peaceful place to stay an easy 10 minute stroll from the many shops pubs and restaurants in the beautiful Cotswold village of Broadway. The house was built in the early 1900s and was originally the home of the station master for Broadway railway station. The line has gone but the track bed remains as a haven for wildlife and a popular path for walkers. Old Stationhouse has a delightful garden sunny terrace and a comfortable guest lounge with an open fire. Guests are warmly invited to enjoy them all. All the rooms are ensuite and as well as the usuals (TV hairdryer kettle etc) each room has its own minifridge. Old Stationhouse is not licensed but why not bring your own and enjoy a chilled glass of wine before eating out in Broadway or simply use it for the fresh milk we'll happily supply for your tea and coffee.Breakfasts are plentiful and varied and we use local and free range ingredients wherever possible. Choose a full English or a wimpy lighter option.Walkers and cyclists are very welcome and drying facilities are available for guest use. There is plenty of parking for cars and a locked garage for those on two wheels.Internet access and wifi availableBroadway is an excellent base for touring the area being only 25 minutes from Cheltenham and Shakespeare's Stratford and is also on the Cotswold Way.

How to find usBy road - Old Stationhouse Childs Wickham is off Station Road which is an extension of Broadway High Street. Drive through the village and we are up a lane on the right immediately before the railway bridge (opposite the Caravan Site). Broadway is 20 minutes from Junction 9 of the M5 or 25 minutes from Stratford Worcester or Cheltenham an hour from Oxford (A44) and 2 hours from London. By train - the nearest stations are Evesham or Moreton-in-Marsh. To get to Old Stationhouse Childs Wickham you can take a taxi or if you let us know in time we can probably pick you up.On foot - the Cotswold Way crosses the high street at the eastern end of the village. We're at the west end so you get the bonus of walking through Broadway village. Walk as far as the railway bridge and we're on the right.
