We also welcome Fishermen Golfers and Classic Cars. With 10 comfortably furnished fully en-suite rooms (5 of them Ground Floor). Each with Freeview Digital TV and Tea and Coffee making facilities. Not to mention our lounge featuring Widescreen Television and DVD player so that your every entertainment need can be catered for. We also offer a small car park and garage for bicycles motorbikes fishing rods etc. Our attractive sandstone Victorian Villa is situated in close proximity to the railway station and swimming pool and just a couple of minutes walk to the main Annan High Street. The road has changed very little since the 1880's and has a charming 'olde worlde' feel with every house a little different to the others. You can spot two lucky dragons perched on top of our roof. We offer a warm welcome good food and are friendly and flexible. Our main aim is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We also allow small well behaved dogs by arrangement.

The Rowanbank Guesthouse ANNAN is situated only a few minutes walk from the main high street and can be located fairly easily. But assuming you're not already in Annan here are some directions to help you find us. ...By Road -Take the Annan turning off the A75 (Approx 16 miles from Dumfries and 16 miles from Carlisle). -Follow signs to Annan. -When you reach the High street turn south at the traffic lights into Bank street. -This road leads into St. Johns road we are just about 100 yards down on the left hand side. ...By Train Get off at the Annan station and head directly towards St. John's Road. If you've arrived from the South you'll have to cross over the railway bridge. But if you've come from the North just exit the station and walk up the street. We're located about 2 minutes up the road just next to the Academy.
