AT SECOND ROUND ABOUT STAY IN RIGHT HAND LANE (PLAYHOUSE ON RIGHT HAND SIDE) AND TAKE THIRD EXIT ONTO LONDON ROAD. TAKE IMMEDIATE RIGHT TURN ONTO BLENHEIM PLACE-ROYAL TERRACE. HOTEL IS LOCATED UP HILL ON RIGHT HAND SIDE.
